When the employer of a client is not involved An introductory meeting is free of charge. Based on this meeting, we will agree on a personal coaching program. On average a coaching program takes seven, bi-weekly, 90 minute sessions. Confidentiality A relationship of trust between coach and client is of absolute importance. The content of discussions with clients is confidential. Progress reports submitted to the employer of a client only provide information on the status of the coaching process, not information on the content of discussions.
