It takes more than just ‘talking and listening’ to change views and behavior. This is why I take coaching beyond counselling with techniques that dig deeper, for example with Voice Dialogue and Time Line.

Structured approach 

My coaching process consists of four steps, each driven by a straightforward question:

1. How are you? (performance, challenges, opportunities)

2. What do you want? (Goals, targets, ambition)

3. What can you do? (skills, capabilities, resources)

4. What do you decide? (motivation, action, execution)
